MEET THE TEAM
Michael is the creative driving force behind Mint Design & Print. Michael directs all client projects from a creative viewpoint, ensuring the client’s vision for the project is delivered. This involves Michael meeting with the client and taking a very specific brief regarding the nature, purpose and budget of the project. Next, using a careful mixture of imagination, creativity, meticulousness and pragmatism, Michael employs his renowned flair and panache to bring the project to life.
Michael also calls upon his substantial experience in the design industry gained over the past decade, having delivered literally hundreds of creative projects. This affords Michael a full body of experience, ranging from corporate branding to innovative marketing materials, from attention-grabbing adverts to inspired poster campaigns, from eye-catching vehicle graphics to striking complete shop layouts.
You can read more of Michael’s words of wisdom on all things design and print on our Blog. In this section, you will find regular updates on emerging trends in the industry, plus top tips and advice on how to make the most of every design and print project you run. When he’s not in the studio, Michael enjoys working out in the gym (often preparing for one of his many charity fundraising challenges!) and socialising with friends.
Ryan is one of Mint’s graphic designers and Michael’s faithful right-hand-man. With ingenuity, initiative and resourcefulness, Ryan develops all manner of client’s design and print projects. Each and every day, he can be found in the Studio creating original logos and breathing new life into tired branding. Ryan designs marketing campaigns that look fantastic and get responses, including adverts, flyers, posters, leaflets, brochures, vehicles graphics and banner stands. In fact, there isn’t a design project he can’t turn his inspired hand to!
Ryan also helps clients to achieve cost effective business stationery. Be it letterheads, business cards or other standard items, Ryan specialises in making corporate stationery look stylish while finding ways to deliver this cost-effectively. He also contributes the odd Blog post and keeps our hungry social media machine well fed! Outside of the studio, Ryan enjoys spending time with friends, playing guitar and dabbling in a bit of photography.
Ron takes care of the operational side of the business. In keeping with Mint’s pledge to never, ever miss a client deadline, Ron takes this responsibility very seriously; ensuring that all design and print jobs leave the office on time and to the exact client specification. Ron will be your first point of contact regarding anything non-design related – meaning if you have any queries about your project, Ron’s the man. He is also the master of the spreadsheet, ensuring that we never run out of vital supplies such as paper, ink and the like.
Being the analytical one of the trio, Ron also keeps our accounts in good order. Ron is also responsible for supplier relations, ensuring a positive communication between Mint and our key suppliers to achieve good working relations. He is also very handy with a toolbox and has a deft touch with the hammer when hitting the digital copier when it dares to take a well-earned rest! Away from the office, Ron enjoys spending time with his family and relaxing after a hard day’s work!
